Our Mission

The Design Leadership Foundation’s mission is to ensure a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the fields of architecture and design. Our goal is to provide access and opportunity to design students who need support, providing them with tools and experiences that will help them become thriving professionals in the design industry.
